Terms

Check or money order submitted with order.

Net 30 days for approved credit customers.

Credit applications are available upon request

Place your order, send back your credit application and your order will be shipped as soon as credit has been approved.

Once credit has been approved a Sterling credit account will be set up for you.

All pricing is FOB Southfield, Michigan and does not include shipping, handling or taxes if applicable.

UPS shipments are prepaid by Sterling and then added to the invoice.

Pricing is subject to change without prior notice. Unless specified, all common carrier deliveries are shipped best way, freight collect.

Any export orders are subject to special handling, packaging and shipping procedures as well as customs regulations. Please contact us for further information.

Return Policy

A Return Authorization Number must accompany each item returned. Call our Dealer Service Department to obtain the RA number prior to shipment.

The RA number shall be placed on the label or marked clearly on the outside of the container.

Any items without a return authorization number will not be accepted by Sterling.

Exceptions

Any new equipment which was returned within two weeks of the original shipping date. All returned equipment is subject to evaluation before warranty considerations are issued.

Conditional Warranty

Sterling Scale Company conditionally warrants the products in this catalog agains defects in parts and workmanship to the original purchaser for a period of One (1) year from the date of shipment.

Sterling Scale Company policy on warranty is to repair and return any equipment sent to us for warranty considerations or repair. Shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the shipper.

Sterling reserves the right to repair or replace equipment after a warranty evaluation. Replacement of equipment for warranty is not Sterling Scale's standard policy.

Products not manufactured by Sterling receive the standard Manufacturer's warranty. (e.g. printers 90 days) Return the defective items to Sterling with a description of the problem, the serial number of the item, model number and a copy of the invoice with date of purchase.

The item will be forwarded to the manufacturer for evaluation. No credit will be issued unless offered by the manufacturer.

A product registration card is included with each product shipped. Product registration is essential for warranty registration and product tracking. Please complete and return this card as soon as possible.
