AIAG Counting System

The AIAG counting system consists of a Model XC780A counting console with a built in sample scale, a model 786 bar

code label printer and a program to print AIAG labels. It combines the tasks of counting parts and producing AIAG

parts identifications labels. The XC780 can be connected to any capacity scale up to 20000 lb. A sample of the parts

to be counted are placed on the sample scale and the container of parts is placed on the bulk scale. The scale will

prompt the operator through each step of the operation.  When the operation is completed the count is displayed and

 the system will print the AIAG labels to attached to the parts containers.
