The open scale is used
in applications where a mechanism is mounted under he scale
such as a lifting
device, discharge
chute or conveyor motors. It is available in any size or
capacity required. Four load cells are mounted in each
corner of the scale . Remote summation box is included which
is connected to either a model 800 or model 810 weight
indicator

Designed
for the U.S. Post office conveyor lines. The "H"
design allow a bar code scanner to be installed under the
conveyor to scan bar code labels on the containers of mail.
A power conveyor was mounted to the scale which transferred
the mail containers over the scale and the weight was
transmitted to a PLC. Capacity of the scale was 200 lbs.
Design requirements included 24 hour,7 days a week
operation.

Lb capacity with a power belt conveyor mounted on a 18"
x 28" ;scale platform. The scale was set up to check
weigh boxes as they were moving over platform. Weight
was transmitted to customers PLC to operate reject
mechanism if box was out of tolerances. Scale was
programmed to weigh 12 boxes per minute.

The weigh modules come
in many different lengths and capacities up 60000 lbs. The
modules are mounted under the legs of the conveyor, hopper
or tank. Each weigh module has two center loaded shear beam
load cells.

Custom parts feeder for
feeding a target amount of weight into a container. The low
profile design allows the hopper to be Loaded with a
lift truck. The full containers are then elevated to working
height. Easy to use and dependable. Available in many
capacities, built to customers spoliations.

Designed to weigh long loads of steel bars or sheet
steel. Only 6" high with a 20,000 lbs. capacity. The total
length of the scale is 14' but can be designed to meet
requirements.
