The 46/850R Vehicle weighing system is designed to weigh cars and trucks to certify vehicle weights. Four Ntep approved 5000 lb capacity floor scales

 are Furnished with ramps and fillers so the platforms can be installed on top of the floor.. Each scale has a diamond pattern deck plate and are

constructed to weigh accurately no matter where the wheel is placed on the platform. Over sized load cells with stainless steel ball support feet are used

to prevent damage from overload and sudden stops and starts. The scales are connected to computer based weighing station housed in a heavy gage lockable

floor console. The color monitor will display all weights in easy to read digits clearly identifying each weight. Other data such as VIN number, operator

Identification, Model number can be scanned or enter through  key board to be combined with weight to produce a report. Each weighing transaction is

stored into the scales data base and can be up loaded to a computer. The data base is compatible with excel (TM) and other spread sheets to create custom

 reports. The monitor screen is arranged in a easy to read format so all data can be edited before printing a report.
